If you need a wheelchair, please keep the front desk informed when
 you make an appointment, so that it can be scheduled accordingly.

Typically, wheelchair patients are required to spend longer times 
at the clinic because they need to be shifted on and off at some examination stations.

Please come prepared with sufficient time in hand and DO NOT RUSH US.

Please call our front desk when you arrive at our driveway, 
so that we can send the wheelchair to receive you.

If you arrive without prior information about the wheelchair requirement,
we will try our best to accommodate your request.
But, we will expect you to bear with us since this may disrupt our normal workflow, 
causing inconvenience to you and other patients.
Moreover, we can only accommodate only one wheelchair patient at a given time.
